About the Colorado State Lottery
The lottery in Colorado is a self-funded organization. It funds its operations through its business revenue. Part of every ticket sale for the lottery goes to fund outdoor and conservation activities in the state. These programs include Great Outdoors Colorado, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, and the Conservation Trust Fund.
How to Claim your Lottery Winnings in Colorado
If you play the Colorado Lottery using Jackpocket and won up to $599.99 (the threshold in CO), Jackpocket will credit your account with the amount won automatically. You can participate again or transfer your winnings to your bank account. If you win a higher amount, we will arrange to securely send your ticket to you so you can claim your winnings with the Colorado Lottery.
If the Colorado lottery winning numbers result in you winning $600 or more, you have three options. Claim your prize in person at any Colorado Lottery claim center, claim your prize online through the Colorado Lottery website (prizes up to $100,000 can be directly deposited into your account; prizes over this amount will be mailed by check), or mail your ticket to the Colorado lottery headquarters in Pueblo, CO. If you mail your ticket in, please allow two weeks for processing.
You have 180 days from the date of your winning Colorado lottery results to claim your prize.
